In the comfort and privacy of your home I will work with you to help you achieve your goals, whatever they may be. Or, if you prefer, you may come to my studio in Concord, MA. I work in Concord and the surrounding towns.
Whether you are seeking physical therapy (increased range of motion, recovery from an injury, post-surgery rehabilitation, improved balance or gait) or fitness oriented goals (becoming faster, stronger, healthier) I will work with you. And we’ll have fun doing it!
